Their food is some of the best Chinese food we have ever had. It was ready very quickly and tasted fresh. It's our new go to place.

Best Chinese food I've ever had and never disappoints!

I ordered over 25$ worth of food last night to be delivered to my house here in Agawam. I did not notice that night that I had not recieved my duck sauce for my crab ragoon; upon calling them for the duck sauce I was told that I could be a liar and thief because he knows he put the duck sauce in the bag. He told me I would have to come in a get it if I wanted to recieve the sauce. Husband is at work so I guess I get no sauce. They also wont get my money again. If you cannot be honest in fixing YOUR mistake, then you dont need service. Very rude. Disgusting.

Fast service and amazing food!

We actually love the food but don’t love the attitude. We used Grubhub to order our dinner tonight which all arrived hot minus one order of Hunan tofu. When we called we were given an attitude and told they could not help us. The order they received was different from the order I placed. We were told to contact Grubhub. Then, they HUNG UP on us... So unfortunately they have lost a customer over one order of Hunan tofu.... $9 it’s really too bad!

Ever time we go there the food is the Best!

I've personally HIGHLY recommended this place for YEARS! I have such deliciously fond memories of the sweet and sour pork and the best rice in Western Mass. But, today was the worst I've ever had from them. Granted, I haven't been there in many years, but I have to ask, have they sold?Everything was very, very greasy and bland. I started to panic because I thought my taste buds were going, (covid-19) I actually had someone else taste the same food I was eating. The meat in the chicken wings tasted rancid. I started to nibble on the way home because I was so hungry, and had to throw it out the window, I was gagging.$40 later the only thing I found palatable was the rice, and even that was pretty salty. I have to mention again because it's THAT disturbing to me, the amount of grease was unbelievable. King Yen, what happened today?

I've never had a boring meal there, only excellent ones. The sauces they make are special . The best Chinese around hands down.

We were around the area and decide to try them based on some of the good reviews, but we wish we had gone somewhere else. We ordered a Pupu for 2 and Shrimp LoMein the food came out very very quickly but we quickly figured out why!! All the food was preheated and way overcooked. Either they refried everything or they microwaved it whatever was done to the food made some of it inedible. This is usually our meal of choice as it allows us to eat at the restaurant and have enough leftover to eat later, needless to say we did not wrap anything up and will not be returning. I must said the LoMein was not the best or worst I ever had.

I haven't been there for awhile but decided to stop by for takeout. The food was nicely cooked and the rice was not sticky. It tasted fresh and not overcooked or dry. It has a nice atmosphere too.

GREAT and nice employees.. But the food.. I will probably not order again. Its generic Asian food you can get pretty much anywhere.. Its not bad.. I just like the sweeter tasting rangoons and chicken that tastes and feels more like chicken. The texture is strange. But the service was fantastic.

Some of the best Chinese around. I have been going to this place since it opened next to Food Mart in the 80s. I now drive from East Windsor to get my fix! Even though the ownership has changed, the food has not. Absolutely delicious!

Seriously the BEST Chinese food in Agawam. I’ve been frequently coming here for years and I’ve never had bad food or service. I’ve ordered out and dined in and always had a great experience. They have the best Egg rolls in the area!

My wife found a hair in her food, and so did I. Won't be back. Please, for the love of God, pass on this place.

The Hunan Shrimp is to die for!!! Yup... King Yen's is absolutely the BEST in the area for this dish...or the Hunan Chicken or Beef...cooked to perfection each time! Love their dumplings too...:)

Awesome Chinese food! I have to stop here when I'm in the area because the food is that good and its 50 miles from my house in CT.

Food has changed a bit since the new people came in but it's still quite good. I recommended the pad Thai and the house lo mein. Their chicken fingers are still the best around.

This spot is my favorite. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very friendly and the food they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a good meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Disgusting and rude attitude and poor service. Went with my mother at about 9:45pm (they close at 11pm), and the man attending to us kept implying, almost insisting that we were getting take out. We proceeded to tell him that we'd like to dine in, which he then told us rudely and bothered if we can make it quick because they close at about 11:45pm and did not seat us either. He isn't even making sense at this point because they close at 11pm. We stood right up from the table and walked right out. Side note: if you decide to eat here you might want to pay cash as well. My friend had an incident there as well in which he paid with his credit card and the waiter decided to tip himself an amount that my friend did not sign off on or consent. Basically stealing money from someone and fraud. The owner and workers in this place need a crash course on customer service and etiquette ASAP.

Quality of food and service went down after ownership changed. We ordered from them regularly and loved it until my husband ordered a meal and it was terrible. He brought the entire meal back to the store for a refund and the owner refused to come out and talk to him. My husband paid over $20 for the meal and left with zero money or food. Not sure that's how you should treat a loyal customer. We will never eat there again.

The american chinese here is pretty generic but good. I ordered only Dragon & Phoenix and Hunan Shrimp from here but they give you a good amount and the flavor was decent. I'll try other stuff next time and I would recommend this place if you're looking for your american chinese fix.

I ordered orange chicken, they ran out of the meat they usually use so they made it using their chicken fingers. Basically got soggy chicken fingers drenched in sauce, not ideal.
